What 'Marketing Support' Actually Means at PSG

Peptide Source Group is a wholesale distributor and marketing support company. The first half is obvious; the second half is where the questions start.

Business team collaborating around a table

People read our description and stop at 'wholesale distributor,' which is fair — that is the part that determines whether a clinic can buy from us. 'Marketing support' reads like decorative filler until you are the practice trying to explain a new offering to your patients.

It is not filler, and it has clear boundaries.

What it covers

For approved clinics, marketing support is the practical help around introducing and sustaining a product line:

  • Brand and product materials that carry accurate product information, so your team is not writing descriptions from a supplier's shipping label.
  • Educational material that supports your own patient-facing communication, within your practice's compliance obligations.
  • Direct team access for product questions, availability, and account-level pricing arrangements.
  • The Independent Distributor program, for individuals and partners who introduce clinics to PSG under a signed agreement and are paid commissions on the business they refer.

What it does not cover

This is the half worth stating plainly, because it protects everyone.

PSG is not a medical provider. We do not advise on protocols, dosing, patient selection, or treatment decisions, and we do not make clinical claims about any compound we distribute. We also do not market on behalf of a clinic — your practice's patient communication remains yours to write, approve, and stand behind.

If a piece of marketing language would constitute medical advice, it cannot come from us, and it should not come from your materials either.

Why the line is drawn there

Distributors that stray into clinical claims create liability for themselves and for their customers. A clinic that builds patient communication on a supplier's marketing copy is relying on a document written by someone who has never examined the patient.

Keeping the roles separate is what allows us to supply product and documentation at scale while each practice remains fully accountable for its own clinical and compliance decisions.

How the Independent Distributor program fits

Distributors are the referral side of the model. Someone applies, signs the current distributor agreement, and — once accepted — sets up a W-9 and payout details so commissions can be paid by direct deposit.

Distributors introduce clinics to PSG. They do not supply product, they do not advise patients, and they do not speak for the clinic they referred.

A note on scope

Peptide Source Group is a wholesale distributor and marketing support company. We are not doctors and do not provide medical advice or recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.
